We are about 10 miles from Old Man's Cave, Ashe Cave, and Cedar Falls. Old Man's Cave is named after a Civil War Era hermit. It features waterfalls, swirling pools, deep gorges and massive rock formations. Ashe Cave is the largest recess cave, is fully wheelchair accessible, and carries hikers to a misty 90 foot long waterfall. Cedar Falls is a succession of beautiful valleys which pour into a steep-walled gorge where visitors are dazzled by a rushing waterfall, which flows gloriously over 50 feet off of a cliff.
